Known Problems

The following is a list of known issues;

 

bulletWIndows XP online update not working.  You must have HTTP: 1.1 through a proxy server checked in the advanced settings of Internet Explorer.
bulletWIndows 98 wont shut down properly.  Download Windows  98 updates.
bulletRoxio CD Creator doesn't work correctly with Windows XP.  You must install Roxio 5.0, plus the two updates from Roxio's web site and be careful to install Roxio 5 and then the two updates without restarting your computer as you are requested to each time.
bulletATI Radeon All in Wonder 8500 DV wont boot with Windows XP and Adaptec UW 160 SCSI controller.   Update the bios on your Adaptec controller.
bulletDownloading the Windows Update driver for ATI Radeon All in Wonder 8500 DV can render the TV tuner inoperable.
